Douglas Garcia Shaevka

I’m a technology-driven professional with a unique cross-industry background, having started my career as a Project Manager in the Telecommunications sector in Spain. My passion for innovation and systems led me to pivot into the IT industry in the United States, where I’ve built a solid foundation across infrastructure, development, and leadership roles.

I began in the Network team as a Senior HelpDesk, gaining deep insight into IT operations and support. I then transitioned to the Development team as an EDI Analyst, working on data integration and streamlining business processes. Today, I serve as an Agile BI Manager, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. I lead a team of developers, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver strategic insights through data.

My diverse experience allows me to speak both the technical and business languages, making me a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team leader. I’m always looking to grow, automate, and improve how we deliver value with technology.
