I am a Design Strategist specializing in design-driven business creation, agile organizational development, and user-centered product innovation. With 20+ years of experience across healthcare, medical devices, and product design, I have launched over 15 products as a designer while expanding into UX design, marketing strategy, and brand development.
At Niterra, I served as both Scrum Master and Product Owner for a Femtech new business initiative, leading agile development and establishing a cross-functional design strategy team. Currently at Kyndryl, as Associate Director / Experienced Design Strategist, I support enterprise clients through design-led workshops, GenAI integration, and digital transformation programs.
