MENTORED = MENTORING

When I was at a crossroads as a young professional and knew nothing about computers and technology, someone reached out to teach me and molded me into the IT leader that I am today. I’ve had multiple mentors for whom I am grateful. I pay it forward and have mentored several people within information technology to sharpen their skills and reach higher. Settling is not an option. I show mentees that their capabilities are greater than they imagined, and I guide them to achieve their maximum potential.

UNRAVELING COMPLEXITY

With a 25-year career spanning IT infrastructure leadership, technical project management and IT operations, I have a vast skill set and base of expertise that enables me to break down the most complex projects and challenges into simple action plans that fast-track projects. I won’t accept the most expedient answer but drive towards the best solution using data and other variables to deliver optimal solutions.

IT UNICORN

Some leaders have called me a unicorn because they could place me anywhere and I would be able to find a solution. I attribute this to the diversity of my career spanning technical sales, technical project management, IT infrastructure and IT operations including data migrations, cloud migrations, automation, virtualization and technology deployment. As a result, I have a big picture view of business and use my pragmatic experience to continually deliver projects on time. Combine this with my ability to connect and relate with stakeholders at all levels and there is really nothing I cannot lead my teams to accomplish.
