Paolo D'Amelio was a software developer back in 2008 when he started to fall in love with Agile thinking. At that time he realized that Agile was not just another project management methodology....
Since then, he has been moving gradually toward Agile, at begininning working as scrum master of several teams and then from 2014 until now he has been working as a full time Agile Coach, driving the agile adoption and agile transformation in the company where he is working (DEK Technologies) and other 3 companies where is has been working as a consultant Agile Coach.
Among the other coaching tasks, Paolo has been active also in educating other people into the Agile world, not only with 1-1 coaching and team coaching, but also with courses and workshops for teams, scrum masters and product owners.
