Fred is a passionate Agile Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in Software Development in various areas such as development, QA automation, project management and delivery.

Fred has over 13 years of Agile experience helping organizations transform people, processes and culture through using Agile Development methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean and SAFe; worked with start-ups as well as enterprise organizations like HP, CGI, D+H, CIBC, Scotiabank and Bank of Montreal Agile and helped them with their Agile Transformations. Fred successfully coached Agile Teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, leaders and executives to defined and implement Agile Practices & DevOps strategy and roadmap for a number of initiatives in telecom, financial services and public sector.

I truly believe that not only Agile/Scrum is the best way in developing software, but also Agile/Scrum is the only way to minimize your waste and maximize your profit when it comes to software development. I love this quote from Jim Johnson.
