After more than 15 years developing software with .net technologies, I quit to made of helping companies to collaborate better and improve their results my profession. Since then, I had been helping different companies as agile coach, from banks to consultancy firms, as well as NGOs. I’m still learning about it every day , it’s easy when you look around and see only extraordinary people.

I decided not to separate my professional and personal life, so don't be surprised if you see in my profile mixed my professional activity with agile, lean, kanban or technical communities and others. I like what I do and I live of what I like to do, whether to help a company to improve creating a continuous improvement culture or holding a community event.
