About
James Dunmore [breif summary] started working as a PHP developer after graduating from the University of Essex with a Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in E-Commerce technology.
Having worked his way up to senior and lead developer rols for large organisations in the London area, he started managing teams and became responsbile for project delivery. Having read about Agile methodogiles, he then when on the certified scrum master course and saw the light.
James now a software development manager at Amazon (Video), implementing agile methodoglies in his team and running Scrum and Kanban workshops across Amazon.
Having put Scrum into practice, James is also fully aware of the software tools developers need in order to embrace agile, TDD, BDD, CI, Micro Services and "devops culture" and uses his experience to assist with all angles of the development cycles.
