Kris Sellers has served as an IT professional for 15+ years crossing multiple industries including higher education, telecommunications, utilities, healthcare, music and financial services. Playing a variety of roles including business analyst, project and program manager, portfolio manager, Director (PMO), Scrum Master and Agile Coach, Kris is 5 years into his agile journey.
Coming off of 10 years operating as a commander and controller, Kris was introduced to Scrum in 2011 and found a renewed passion for software development and project management. Kris continues to pursue AA (agile academics) by obtaining CSM, CSPO, CSP and PMI-ACP certifications as well as the practical side of agile serving as a Scrum Master and now Agile Coach in multiple environments. Kris also serves in a co-training capacity in CSM and CSPO certification classes.
Kris received a B.S. degree with concentrations in Computer Information Systems and Finance and an MBA from The University of Southern Indiana. Kris has also received certificates in Project Management from Villanova University as well as various business and leadership seminars from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business and Crown Financial Ministries.
