About
Dele Oluwole has several years of commercial experience (both in the UK and New Zealand) managing/coaching on Software Testing, and Agile Software Development Methodology.
He has worked on projects in Retail, Telecoms, and Insurance, including CRM, EPOS and various automation technologies. He is experienced in recommending Agile Software Development Methodology Principles and best practises that meet different organisations needs, thereby helping to improve software life cycle from inception through to customer delivery and maintenance.
Dele is a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster and a Blogger (scrumhint.com) who is passionate about creating empowered and collaborative organisations by way of individualised coaching and interactive training experiences.
Holds a first and second Degrees from Staffordshire University, England Masters Degree (Computing). Dele has the Software Testing ISTQB certificate, and also attended the prestigious Koge Business School in Denmark for an International Business Diploma.
He is a member of the British Computer Society (BCS) where he was awarded full professional membership in 2006.
