Jukka Lindström

I believe that excellence in software development is attained by open, skilled, committed, self-managing teams and individuals who work together towards a shared goal. I promote these qualities in my colleagues, co-workers and clients by showing example in my everyday work. Although I have very in depth skills and expertise in several areas of software development I excel as a generalist.

I have worked in different management and development roles in many successful complex software projects. In addition I have helped and coached other projects, people and organizations in adopting skillful software development practices and processes. I thoroughly enjoy contributing to people and organizations working in challenging software development and business environments.
