Robert Cowart

I have been in software development for over 15 years.  I started working in Scrum around 2006 and really found my passion as a Scrum Coach.  I enjoy teaching others the principles of Scrum as well as always learning new ways to accomplish problems.  

I have helped teams grow in their Scrum knowledge through training exercises and practical applications. I became an Agile Coach and served multiple teams in their journey from waterfall to agile.  I worked closely with leadership to determine the right approach for developing high availability software in a collaborative environment.

I then worked in a Scrum Master role helping shape teams as well as define processes and procedures.  I helped implement tools that would allow teams to do their jobs better.  I also worked with other Scrum Masters to develop consistency among them.

I continue my Agile journey by moving to different teams and creating high effeciency processes that allow for greatest customer satisfaction.
