Over the last decade at Salesforce Zohar has spoken at Dreamforce, culture panel discussions, AMA sessions, Tech Deep Dives, new hire orientations, and has taught numerous Agile courses to hundreds of engineers. Zohar came to Agile coaching from a leadership background as the creator of the Chaos Engineering program at Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce he was a Global IT Architect at IBM and ran Data Storage Engineering at Disney. He is deeply passionate about building strongly connected, happy teams that consistently innovate.
