I have been using scrum and agile methods in my daily work as developer, scrum master, project manager, agile coach and business development manager since 2007 when i was certified as scrum master.
2007-2009 Part of implementing scrum in the software department in Oticon A/S working as scrum master and developer.
2009-2011 Using agile methods as developer and project manager at Netcompany A/S
2012-2013 Developer and project coordinator in KMD Health Care using scrum for all phases of the development and planing cycle.
2013-2014 Scrum coach responsible for teaching and implementing scrum as part of the Agile Excellence team implementing scrum in KMD Software Center (700+ developers)
2014-2015 Teaching and implementing scrum and agile methods as scrum coach in KMD Business Transformation.
2015-2015 Business Development Manager responsible for planning and executing the tranformation of complete KMD business lines to agile development methods.
2015-2016 Agile Program Manager. Responsible for scaling agile methods to a full businesline in DFDS
2016-Present Senior Agile Project Manager. Managing a huge IT Project for the danish goverment using agile methods
