Christoph Lukas

Christoph Lukas has started working as a free-lancing software developer in 1998 when he founded pingworks with Alexander Birk. About 10 years ago he dived into the agile way of delivering software for the first time.
Helping teams adopting the agile way of working led to his decision to become Scrum Master in 2011. In the following years Christoph has worked as independent Agile Coach and Scrum Master with a dozen teams and customers and organisations from different industries.
To improve his coaching skills Christoph has become a certified systemic coach in 2015.  He has ever since been an agile enthusiast working with teams and organisations as an agile coach.
His biggest learning from his last years of organisational development is that leadership is key on a company's way to becoming an adaptive and agile organisation.
To be able to support customers on their agile yourney in parallel on all organisational levels Christoph has become founding member of the flowdays agile cooperative in 2015.
