Andy Fritsch

Andy Fritsch is an Agilist who has been practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP and BDD in Oklahoma City since 2007.  Beginning as a software developer, Andy, like many others, realized the need for a better way for teams to work and deliver customer value.  After finding Scrum, he dove headlong into the Agile values, principles and practices.  Playing every Scrum role, Andy has led and coached software development and business teams on their Agile journeys facilitating value-focused organizational transformation.
