As an Agilist and a Developer I had opportunity of working in different phases of software development such as implementation, writing user stories, database modeling and architecture.
As part of management team I usually bring this technical background to other managers facilitating this technical-business interface.
As I spent most of my years working with XP practices and Scrum based frameworks I usually find myself tutoring and helping the ones involved to realize how Scrum influences the commitment and the joy of people involved on a project. Helping them to understand agile methodologies and it's impacts on projects and in the real marketing field.
Over all Scrum it's much more about how than what, to do. So start thinking scrum and then doing scrum.
