Tiesha Johnson, CSM, PMP

Tiesha Johnson, Harvard University affiliate, is a certified, senior-level Project/Program Manager. She is the single point-of-contact for customers (both internal and external), leads cross-functional teams including executive stakeholders, business project managers, and data engineers on all aspects of software implementation; thus overseeing the full product life cycle (SDLC). She is also responsible for data extraction and preparation (ETL), assists in client training, and establishing successful client/customer relations on the foundation of best practices and process improvement.

Tiesha is also a Health & Wellness coach and fitness advocate. She serves her community as a member of the Harvard College Fund Committee, ISACA, Project Management Institute (PMI), Scrum Alliance, Women in Technology International (WITI), Women in Tech (WIT), National Association for Professional Women (NAPW), and youth mentor.
