I am a creative and empathic person, I like to solve user’s problems and look at their faces when the software acts as they requested. For this reason I think I match with the job requirement.
In my 10 years of experience in software projects I have played different roles, the first one being Quality Assurance: in this job i learned about what it means to have quality software and what customers expect from it. Then I inclined for business and user needs so I decided to worked as a Business Analyst. As a BA my thinking and problem solving grew up. My current role as UX designer allows me combines QA, BA and designer skills. I feel very identified with this role because I continue to work closely with users, making their lives more easy and happier.
In my free time I created an Agile Community in my country to share new experiences and best practices at Universities and forums to have better more agile development teams.
