I’m currently the Director of Application Development at Imperial County Office of Education, a Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner. I’ve been a practicing web application developer for over 15 years. In 2008, I entered the role of management and have focused ever since on servant leadership helping my software development teams reach their goals by removing impediments and providing a continuous learning environment. I’m a big fan of automation, the command line and eliminating waste. I also love traveling the world and eating a good taco.
