My journey in the world of agility began more than 10 years ago when I took on the title of Scrum Master as MEDITECH transitioned from waterfall to Agile development. At the inception of this task, I invested deeply in agile principles for team development. As I worked with my teams, I also discovered a passion for Product Ownership, particularly in fostering stakeholder and business relationships. This collaborative connection was the onset of developing deeper cross-divisional stakeholder relationships and creating a safe space for my teams to experiment, learn, and grow. I oversee three agile teams that embrace a transparent and transformative approach to solutions. As a facilitating leader, I strive to create an environment that stimulates growth and promotes curiosity.

Over the years, I have cultivated a skill set that stimulates quality product development, including being an early adopter of new platform technology, ensuring governance of federal regulatory standards, implementing international enhancements, and performing strategic API integration. Whether I am working with customers to create delight, de-escalate a live situation, or aligning priorities with our company vision, I relish working directly with my teams to boost high performance, self-organization, and growth.
