Susan McIntosh has been actively involved with scrum and agile frameworks since 2007, at eBags, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, Sogeti, Nordstrom, MortgageCadence, and Colas ISS. As an experienced developer, scrum master, and coach, she is able to help other developers and technical staff identify the benefits of the agile process, and ride the bumps of change to a more efficient process. In addition to Scrum, Susan has trained teams and organizations on the principles and practices of kanban, and used lean practices to help scale agile across an organization. Susan has used multiple applications to track agile progress, including Trello, TFS, Rally, and Jira. She is adept at measuring success through delivery, quality, customer satisfaction, and team satisfaction.
