- V. Subramanyam (VSM), Principal Consultant QAI, is a successful Process Improvement consultant with over 30 years of experience. VSM helps organizations to establish systems and environment to support process development and deployment to drive operational efficiency and to realize business benefits. Currently VSM is focusing on as Agile Transformation Leader and helping multiple organizations in their transition from traditional methods to Agile Methodology.
- He has spent his early part of career in Defense R&D organization, was Scientist ‘E’ before he moved to Wipro Technologies and served there for 14 years in various roles, driving Quality Management, Consulting Business, Practice development, and Application outsourcing. In QAI, he heads the Agile Practice and has extensive experience of helping the clients in rolling out to AGILE methodology across the organization.

- VSM is a Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- In his current role as Agile Practice Head of QAI, VSM provides advisory consulting on developing roadmap for transition to Agile methodology (consulting, trainings and implementation). He has extensive experience in embedding Agile methodology e.g. implementing engineering and project management practices in the organizational systems and ensuring its implementation on identified projects/Business units for Agile methodology roll out.
- As an Agile Transformation Leader, VSM facilitates inculcation of Change Management, the culture of adopting Agile process and systems to ensure smooth transition of teams to Agile and for teams to become self-organized teams. He observes & monitors, coaches, and facilitates constant course correction to agile teams.
- As a Trainer in the area of Agile frameworks, he has conducted more than 40 workshops and trained over 1000+ professionals on Agile Methodologies. Trainings were of 1 day, 2 days and 3 days duration on topics like, Introduction to Agile, Mastering Scrum, User Stories, Estimation and Planning, Test Strategies Management, Executive overview to Agile etc
- Strong skills in Development and Implementation of Software Quality Systems, Agile Frameworks such as Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban

- Has exhaustive insight in the area of application outsourcing covering estimation, offshore-ability analysis, and development of innovative delivery models for providing ADM services. Transforming the ADM delivery organization to meet the new outsourcing demands (Cutting down costs and improving Quality of IT services)
- Managed consulting practice to get the mind share of clients and personally led multiple Process Consulting assignments to Intl. customers across all geographies and developed roadmap for the Process Improvement journey of their IT organizations for their Quality initiatives, Transition to Agile Methods, Certifications and compliance w.r.t international quality standards and frameworks like CMM, CMMI Dev, ISO 9001:2000, ITIL V3.0, TL 9000 and BS7799 Certifications.
- As Quality and SEPG head of Wipro Technologies was involved in developing the road map and implementation of activities related to CMM level 4 certification, CMM level 5 certification and in CMMI Level 5 Appraisals.
