Klaus Jagd

Since my graduation in IT back in 1984 I’ve been working in the IT industry as
developer, project manager and line manager and has used a broad variety of
tools, processes and methods.

I have a broad technical background within IT achieved by practical experience in
small and large companies both as a regular employee/manager and within the
last 10 years as an independent consultant.

My strengths are:
- Management
- Project management (based on agile methods: SCRUM, XP, prototyping etc.)
- Strategy
- I have my roots in development

I’ve developed on mainframe-based systems, on client/server solutions and
distributed solutions and used technologies like Java, C++, C, PHP, Oracle, Cobol,
HPS and CORBA.

This broad technical background combined with my management (line and
project) experience makes me a competent project manager, who understands
the many aspects of carrying out IT projects with success in close cooperation
with the business.

I also have the personal drive that is needed in order to make the team deliver on
time, quality and cost.

For the past approx 5 years I’ve been working with success within the areas of
management, company merger, strategy and project / program-management.
