Yuichi Sato

大学卒業後、ガラケーサイト等のWEB開発エンジニアとしてを開発・運用・保守を経験。
2011年より株式会社BookLiveのシステム開発部長として創業期から開発組織構築やアーキテクトなどに従事。
その後数社スタートアップにてスクラム導入や技術的負債を解消する大規模プロジェクトの立案・推進を担当。
2022年6月よりアマテラス（現スタートアップクラス）にJoin。

After graduating from university, I worked as a web development engineer, handling the development, operation, and maintenance of feature-phone (“garakei”) sites and other web services.
Starting in 2011, I became Head of System Development at BookLive Inc., where I helped build the development organization and define the architecture from the company’s earliest days.
Subsequently, at several startups, I led the introduction of Scrum and spearheaded large-scale projects aimed at resolving technical debt.
In June 2022, I joined Amateras (now StartupClass).
