David Liebman

David Liebman CSM, CSP, PMP, PMI-ACP

David is an IT professional with over 25 years experience. He has provided consulting services in a career that has included roles as lead developer, systems architect, project manager and Agile coach. His varied experience has provided a unique and perceptive view of the software development lifecycle.

The numerous projects he has managed have ranged from IT application development and new product launches to software and hardware rollouts. David has consulted with many of the prominent corporations based in New York including American Express, Bankers Trust, Deutsche Bank, Barclay's, Shearson Lehman, Chase, JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Time Inc. to name a few.

He specializes in organizational transformations to Agile. David incorporates individual training and organizational process evaluation. Emphasis is also placed on forming collaboration agreement between the development teams, functional units, customers, and business stakeholders.
