For almost 20 years, I've been involved in all levels and roles in projects. I've delivered with finance, telecom and pharmaceutical companies ranging in size from immense enterprises to budding start-ups.  

I have directly been SM or coached/mentored SM's on 50+ agile projects over the last 7 years.  

I have worked as a Scrum Master or coach of ScrumMaster's and software delivery Scrum teams.  I have advised on building an agile delivery organization that can scale and that works within a professional services environment.  I also advise and coach our client's on agile delivery and Scrum.  

I have used scrum to build out an e-commerce platform from scratch with a production go-live in less than 4 months, and millions in revenue with strong growth continuing after 3 years.  I have also used Scrum for 2 week technical proof of concepts with 4-hour sprints.  I've also used Scrum for personal renovation projects, management deliverables, marketing and sales.

I believe in short (1 week whenever possible) sprints that use continuous delivery to working software each week with appropriate feedback and re-prioritization. Project starts, story maps and user stories must be outcome driven to solve problems and impact customers and business in a measurable way to achieve ROI.

I coach and support cross-functional teams that minimize work in progress to achieve high-quality with high performance.  Team morale and happiness is a key indicator of project success when driven by sustainability and customer value/delight maintained through having strong retrospectives driven through team safety and transparency.
