Learn about purchasing for teams

About
I am working in the software development industry since 2004, specialising in java. During my career I have been: a developer, a team lead and a project manager. In 2007 I became found of the SCRUM framework and Agile principles. As a team lead at Softheme I have started to encourage my team to look into the use of SCRUM to build up good relations with our customers by providing software not limited by the contract. Later on I got promoted to a project manager and started applying the same transformation to all our teams. The constraints pushed on me from the senior management made it impossible to do the full transformation, although a lot had been done. Later on I was presented with the opportunity to work for ElasticPath. I very much enjoyed working there and have learned a lot. In fact I believe that their SCRUM adoption was the most correct one from what I have seen so far. After contact had finished I joined ProQuest as a senior java developer, where I still work currently.
