Pedro Almeida, the Agile passionate who loves helping teams and individuals to achieve the path for happiness in their work. The passion has started in 2011 at Nokia Networks when scrum was introduced to my life. It was amazing, the power of self organizing team and the team's accountability. But the real magic has started at 2015 at Farfetch though, a full time job as an Agile Coach were i found a brilliant team and passionate people about agile where I was able to learn a lot. It was there where I was able to join deeply in Agile Community, where I took the oportunity to organize the most amazing Regional Scrum Gathering ever in Porto. Now I've embraced the challenge of transforming one of the most promising startups towards agility, acting as a Agile Coach at Talkdesk.
