About
Since becoming a CSM and CSPO in 2011, I have been a huge advocate of Agile, and have benefited from seeing the value Scrum can provide to an organization. I have been able to work in a variety of roles since my involvement with Scrum, including Scrum Master, Product Owner, Agile Coach, and PMO Manager.
My background in project management dates back to 2000 when I began my career practicing traditional waterfall project management. I continue to keep my PMP certification active, and find having the combination of PMI and ScrumAlliance best practices to be incredibly valuable; especially during organizational tranformations from waterfall to agile.
I continue to enjoy working with Scrum teams, and helping organizations continuously evolve. As I continue to progress in Scrum, I am looking forward to advancing to Training/Coaching certifications.
