During the course my 22+ years career, I have had chance to setup QA Centre of Excellence, Build team from 2 to 70 plus, Have managed and led global teams (350+), opened communication channels between various teams, worked with marketing and business development teams to develop the services collateral, help fine tune it as per customer requirements, respond to RFP/RFQ and build technology solutions for the business needs. Worked with various customers to help build relationships and delivery technical / Knowledge solutions. Also to ensure that I keep myself up to date, I work on technical aspects by contributing to project as an individual.
