Ryan Cameron, Ed.D.

Dr. Ryan M. Cameron serves as Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at Ivy.ai. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in IT leadership, fostering technology empowerment in start-ups, business accelerators, IT organizations, and higher education. Ryan has held a variety of roles working in broad-scoped technological fields including, artificial intelligence, ed-tech, GPS/GIS, broadcast & telecommunications, digital media, and beyond.

Ryan is the co-creator of #CampusClear, Globee Gold Business Award winner, a COVI19 self-screening app, which has helped over 1,500 university students return safely to campus. He is also the founder of the Creighton University Research and Development (RaD Lab) program, launched in 2015. The RaD Lab functions as an innovation engine and community incubator in the Midwestern United States, connecting students, businesses, and non-profit organizations by working collaboratively to solve “wicked” socio-economic challenges.

Ryan holds a Doctorate in Education, from the American College of Education and a Masters of Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. He has written two books on technology and leadership and Ryan’s field of research focuses on developing ethical standards and practices for the use and adoption of AI technologies in higher education. Ryan has a passion for developing products and services that are dedicated to the enhancement of creating positive social change.
