Paul Bennett

Hi, I'm Paul Bennett, an agile coach and developer with over 30 years experience developing large-scale distributed systems (mostly for banks and finance companies), I've seen a lot of good and bad practices. I've built systems in languages as diverse as C++, Smalltalk, Ruby and Groovy, and in all theses contexts, I've seen how and agile approach to development holds a significant advantage over more traditional methods. Over the last 10 years, it has become increasingly clear to me that the people and processes involved in system development are as, or even more, important that the language and tools used. It is for this reason that I decided to focus on agile coaching, dedicated to helping teams be the best they can be.
