A specialist in transformation and project management, with certificated qualifications including PRINCE2 Practitioner, Six Sigma Green Belt, SCRUM Product Owner and experience leading multi-million pound projects.

I have led and worked on various projects those linked to Adults Extra Care, Shared Lives, Reablement, Delayed Transfer of Care from hospitals and a Care Provider Portal.

I have also led the procurement and implementation of collaborative software, procurement and implementation of a high-value environmental enforcement contract and spent several years managing a large number of project managers in a shared PMO across two district councils.
