Over 5 years of experience spanning digital analytics, growth marketing, data warehousing, software testing and business development. In the enterprise space, I have worked on implementing the IBM Maximo platform for University Hospitals of Cleveland, OH (United States) in addition to QA/Testing for UOB & OCBC (Singapore).
I am progressively building foundations in Product Management, Artificial intelligence & UI/UX to drive transformation in work processes in industries such as finance, education & e-commerce. Through managing and delivering digital projects with my team at NUS-ISS, I have built a programming foundation in languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, C#, SQL, HTML, CSS, .NET & Spring.
As a Certified Scrum Practitioner (ScrumMaster & Product Owner), I am looking to utilize my cross-functional experience to help small to large scale companies develop new products & services or improve existing ones.
