Over 20 years experience in the financial services industry specifically within banking. For the last 10 years I have been leading and coaching Agile teams on large-scale digital initiatives as well as regulatory change compliance projects. I have extensive project management experience in traditional waterfall but specialise in Agile techniques, particularly Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban, Lean and eXtreme Programming. I am a certified Professional Scrum Master with Scrum.org / Scrum Alliance and I am a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4.5) having 10 years of experience in this field including Agile implementation and transformation (transitions from waterfall to Scrum) from both a methodology and technical perspective as well as mentoring and coaching both new and existing Scrum teams leading them to maturity.
