Henrik Kniberg

Henrik Kniberg is an Agile & Lean coach at Crisp in Stockholm, and has worked mostly with Spotify and Lego and Mojang.

He is former member of the board of directors of the Agile Alliance and enjoys helping companies succeed with both the technical and human sides of software development. During the past 15 years Henrik has been CTO of 3 Swedish IT companies and helped many more get started with agile and lean software development.

Henrik is an experienced teacher and award-winning keynote speaker. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer and has done regular training and coaching together with Jeff Sutherland, Mary Poppendieck, Alistair Cockburn, and other thought leaders.

Henrik's three books have over 500,000 readers, are available in over 12 languages, and are used as primary guide to Agile and Lean software development by hundreds of companies worldwide.
