A seasoned Enterprise Architect with over 18 years of experience in technology architecture spanning Process, Integration and Application Architecture. Over the last 10 years I have been helping organizations across different industries in their transformation journeys. For most of these engagements, a process led approach that is enabled with technology realization has been the fundamental way of thinking I have tried to bring about. Some of the important building blocks of these transformations include disciplines like BPM and technology enablers like SOA which I have in depth knowledge, expertise and experience in.
More recently, he has been involved in helping clients in the financial services sector drive operational excellence and efficiency with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) that is used in conjunction with other tools that drive process led transformation.
