My name is Cynthia Russell

First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge the ability of each and everyone of us to effectively deliver quality working software through self-organization and the cultivation of a performing team to do so. I have been a Quality Assurance Engineer for six years and have observed various teams throughout this Agile cultivation process.

Throughout these years, whether it be Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming, or other frameworks that fulfill the Agile philosophy, the best experiences I’ve seen for teams that outstand the rest are the ones that independently and collectively communicate their ideas to create their own version of combined frameworks to adhear to Agile.

I am driven to rally diverse skillsets into obtaining a united team to overcome impediments through change and working through mental models to agree with interactions of each member to build working software through collaboration.

My goal is to nurture the vast skillsets of each team member so that we are motivated towards emergence of a potentially shippable product increment by leading from example to the fundamentals of Scrum and therefore the Agile philosophy.
