Jonas Christiansen

I am an IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) with 17,500 hours of certified BA experience accumulated during 15+ years of working as an IT Business Analyst.

One of my key competencies is strategy analysis, identifying needs of strategic and tactical importance, and enabling the enterprise to address needs by defining a change strategy, analysing business requirements and modelling solutions to problems and opportunities. I am proficient in translating high-level business objectives into requirement specifications to be used for developing high-performance IT systems.

I have 15+ years of experience working with strategy analysis, requirements analysis and specification, process modelling and optimisation, business data analytics, best practices and standardisation, system design and development, risk assessment, change/problem management, quality assurance, stakeholder and project management. I have experience with agile, iterative and waterfall development methodologies. Since 2016 I have only worked with agile software development.

During the last 6 years I have had hybrid roles - Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst Team Manager/Product Owner/Technology Manager - where I have been responsible for product development, managing the product backlog and prioritising work to be assigned to the development team, interacting with business stakeholders and making sure that the right functionality is delivered at the right time.

I enjoy working with people and I have always had an excellent business relationship with my counterparts in my client facing positions.
