Lionel Mullin has been a Certified Scrum Master since September 2010 and Certified Scrum Product Owner from September 2016. My background is traditional waterfall methodologies like Prince2 and MSP.

I've been using either pure or tailored versiosn of Scrum in enterprise environments for many years. However, from a delivery managment standpoint, I'm interested in DSDM as a more suitable framework for managing projects with the necessary governance. The beauty of DSDM is that it works seamlessly with the developement orientated Scrum methodology. The beauty of SAFe is how all of these methods combine within an enterprise enviroment to champion business agility.
