Tyra Vaughns is a PMP certified professional that has worked in FinTech, DevOps, Healthcare, and others organizations which has led tto her dynamic experience in Project Management. She has a Master Degree in Project Management. She enjoys working on complex projects with challenging constraints and big budgets. Her success in delivery comes from her ability to motivate others by being a servant leader, and gaining client respect by always being transparent and professional. Tyra comes from a small town in the west, but she has been fortunate enough to travel the world with the Air Force and her civilian career. Tyra enjoys mentoring junior PMs, and she aspires to become an Agile and Scrum Coach & Trainer in the future.
