Check out my latest work at AIRXON.COM - but first, let me back up... My name is Matt, I'm a Creative Director with a software development background in agile project management and Scrum frameworks. Altogether, I've have been working with globally recognized brands over 15+ years (including Microsoft & Amazon). As an experienced PM, I've built up design/marketing teams around Scrum to achieve operational excellence. My present role as Creative & Marketing Manager within our agency requires me to drive impactful enhancements in support of our partner organizations and their service products. Here is a snapshot of my recent achievements: 

• Optimized Yeti Society creative operations to save over $250K
• Developed UI/UX for Microsoft's Product Release Roadmap (MSRR) & Dynamics Learning Portal (DLP)
• Generated increases in Exsilio partner satisfaction spanning 9+ years
• Awarded by the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences
• Received Webby Awards for Professional Web Services

Besides project management, my specialties include: HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Bootstrap, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and the full Adobe Creative Suite. When I'm not out building brands, I'm in the office teaching Scrum or watching classic horror movies. I love to share emerging ideas and pose challenging questions to push myself and my team.

I believe that all successful projects begin at the same starting point... with people. Understanding my client’s goal is imperative to appreciate their business model and the objectives of my Product Owner. This is especially important in how I can help support my team and contribute to our collective success.
