For a long time ago, more than 20 years, I'm working in Quality Software areas as a quality consultant, methods and tools. I work for big projects or programs to insure that all the things in relation to quality have a really good level, and for the satisfaction of the final clients ans stakeholders. I help project managers, product owners, scrum masters and teams to be able to have the good level of knowledge, to be able to write their tests as the best as possible. Sometimes not evident, but with coaching the result is better, and the satisfaction if here. I've work for projects in France, and in Europe, as I'm able to go to other countries to help different typologies of companies. I've work in Software development companies, Finance, bank, Insurance, Nuclear companies; where I meet really nice people even if sometimes it was not evident at the begining. But after some adaptations, the goals were realized. The maximum person I work with were close to 200. After some trainings, they were happy to be able to increase the quality of the software. My last mission was to help projects as a testing coach, but also to help some people in their role of Product Owner, Scrum master, with some ideas to create backlogs, to write better User stories, and to help also the scrum team according to the idea of the automation...Hope to see them into another project if needed in the future.
