Mauricio Neira

My name is Mauricio Sebastian Neira. I work in the world of web applications since 2008. I currently work as an Agile Coach independently.

My most powerful experience was in 2010 when I discovered my facet as an entrepreneur. Since then I ventured into some of my own projects, with friends or colleagues. This helped me to learn about new activities that I am passionate about related to human teams: innovation management, talent detection and coaching; My softest part.

I like new technologies, agile methodologies and face different challenges. During my years of experience, I learned that one of my strengths is to work with Millennials. Sharing with them is an invitation to train the flexibility that, from my point of view, is synonymous with intelligence.

I am a person with several concerns. I fully commit to the things I assume and I like to put passion into everything I do. One phrase with which I feel identified is: "If the path has a heart, that is the path."
