What You’ll Learn

Master The Scrum Framework

Get clarity on the Scrum events, roles, processes and artifacts — and how to apply them in the real world.

Understand The Framework

The largest and most well-known Agile project management approach, Scrum is a simple framework with a small set of interrelated practices and rules that is not overly prescriptive and enables more effective teams. You’ll leave knowing how all the pieces fit together.

Run Scrum Events Effectively

Learn industry-tested practices for evolving Product Backlogs, planning your Release and Sprints, tracking and reporting progress, and developing continuous improvement cycles. You’ll know how to effectively plan and run Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and more.

“
“I loved the alternative teaching styles. Your class pushes the boundaries of a typical online experience. If someone was on the fence, I’d push them over to your class!”
What You’ll Practice

Be An Exceptional Scrum Master

Develop the leadership, coaching and facilitation skills that separate great Scrum Masters from the rest.

Lead, Coach & Facilitate

Go beyond simply running meetings. Practice the coaching and facilitation techniques that help your team self-organize, stay focused, and continuously improve — including tips for being a better leader, servant leader, and change agent.

Remove Obstacles & Protect the Team

Learn how to identify and eliminate impediments before they derail your team’s Sprint. Practice shielding your team from distractions while building trust with stakeholders and leadership.

Avoid Common Pitfalls

Get exposed to different techniques for your toolkit and learn the most common mistakes teams make with Scrum — so you can sidestep them and drive real, sustainable improvement.
