While the content itself was relevant, the delivery style made it difficult to engage fully. The lecturer often appeared quite rigid and did not seem open to scenario-based questions or different perspectives. In some cases, questions were dismissed with comments such as needing to “figure it out yourself”, which made it harder to explore how the theory could be applied in real situations. I also felt that the learning environment was not particularly supportive. When participants gave answers that were not exactly what the lecturer was looking for, the responses sometimes came across as abrupt or dismissive. There were also sarcastic comments and remarks about disliking large corporates, which felt inappropriate given that the training was being delivered to a group from a large international organisation. At the beginning of the course, we agreed to have short breaks every hour. However, when breaks did not happen for a couple of hours and I reminded the lecturer, the response seemed frustrated rather than receptive. This added to the impression that the session was not very well adapted to the needs of the group. Compared with similar training I have attended before, this session felt less engaging, less positive and less open to discussion. In previous courses, lecturers have encouraged questions, appreciated different viewpoints and created a safe environment for participation. In this case, I felt discouraged from being actively involved or speaking openly. For future sessions, I would recommend ensuring that trainers are able to adapt to the audience, encourage practical and scenario-based discussion, respond constructively to questions and create an inclusive learning environment. This would make the training much more valuable and engaging for participants.

Good quality training on scrum overall. Great you get certificate from active participation - no exam needed. It gives too idealistic view (north start) of scrum implementation and do not take into account corporate restrictions and real life issues, so more suitable as a basic 101 course

Very good, engaging adn useful

Valuable, very engaging all time of education and I noted lots of improvement I plan to implement in my work life with my lovely team.

This course gave me a foundational understanding of product ownership. Lasse Ziegler was great at instruction and facilitation and providing real world examples. The group exercises throughout helped cement the concepts easily. I would recommend this course for anyone interested in becoming a product owner.

The teachings were relatable and practical to use in the job.

The training was well structured with real world examples that you can use in your own environment.

It is good product, i thing it is a "Must have" for everyone.

Lasse has a lot of experience from real life and therefore he was able to offer the insider views and give insider feedback. He also has long experience as coach, led the lessons with punctuality and had prepared great tools/matrixes to help us to understand.
