Certified Agile Facilitator™

Srdjan is very friendly, has lots of experience to give you plenty of examples. The course is clearly structured and there are a lot of very good resources so you can apply the knowledge.

This course was interactive and we were able to apply real-life examples to what we were learning. I left with actionable items that I can implement immediately into my day-to-day. Srdjan was a great instructor and adjusted the pace of the class to our needs.

Wow. This course exceeded my expectations. Srdjan is engaging, flexible, pertinent, warm, and fun! No other participants signed up for this session, leaving me the optional luxury of a 1:1 course with Srdjan, which he totally customized to my needs and interests… I still cannot believe how fortunate I was to have this 1:1 opportunity! Leaving this course, I feel ready to facilitate anything!! I have been given vast tools at my disposal, including direct access to Srdjan for support, as needed. I specifically sought out Srdjan’s course after reading many reviews for various instructors. I highly recommend his course to anyone looking to become a better facilitator, listener, overcomer of obstacles, and teammate, whether at work or home! Thank you, Srdjan!!

I found out where a lot of the tips and tricks I already use came from, and a whole lot more. Great facilitation by our trainer (Srdjan Pavlovic), and the small class made it even more engaging.

SERG WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

Srdjan was an amazing instructor. He provided us with a multitude of resources, adjusted the pacing based on the needs of the group, and created a safe space for us to share our thoughts and ideas. He truly practices what he teaches.

A good skill to have for facilitating meeting and workshops. Srdjan made an excellent delivery.

The training class for The CAF was a highly interactive one. Under such a situation, I got a taste of what a person with a Scrum alliance CAF was to do. I felt like I was in a position to help people consider other options and encourage them in what they were doing. I got a lot out of this training class and hope to apply it professionally or personally.

Provides great instruction on how to improve facilitation skills with an Agile framework
