Course

What is a scrum master?

The scrum master on a scrum team fosters an effective and productive working environment. One way they do so is by guiding others to understand scrum values and practices. Some of the common characteristics of a scrum master are:

People-oriented
High emotional intelligence
Enjoys helping people grow and learn

A scrum master's day may include facilitating conversations, managing impediments to the team's progress, and coaching individual team members in the use of scrum; however, this accountability is certainly not limited to those activities!

A scrum master's day-to-day activities and overall objectives will look different from organization to organization. When you work in this accountability, your duties and focus are derived from the goal of improving team and organizational agility.

This course is designed and facilitated using brain-friendly and accelerated learning techniques. Participants have admired this course as highly interactive and engaging, covering the depth of Scrum using trainers' extensive experience

Earn the high demand skills employers want most

Not only does the CSM prepare you for a career as a competent and effective scrum master, it also puts you on the path to develop an array of in-demand skills:

Communication
Team dynamics
Conflict resolution
Cross-functional teamwork

Continuous improvement

It was a highly valuable and informative course. Special thanks to our trainer, Khurram Bhatti, for making the sessions engaging, interactive, and easy to understand. His enthusiasm, excellent organization, and teaching style made the long training hours fly by without us even noticing the time. It was truly an enjoyable and rewarding learning experience.

Very engaging and memorable training that goes into lot of details of the subject and makes it worth every penny. BTW, I am paying from my own pocket.

Khurram Bhatti did an excellent job teaching and imparting agile methodologies through the Scrum Master class! Very interactive and productive. 5 out of 5 stars!!

Mr Khurram was great Scrum leader and coach

It was conducted at a steady pace. All the aspects were covered in detail with great examples. Any question that got raised was explained very well. Overall, a great experience.

Instructor has good knowledge and explains based on experience. It would be better if the principles and practices of Scrum is explained in detail before going to break out sessions.

Great course and instructor. Did a good job of having us apply the theories in a wide variety of ways. This deepened by understanding of SCRUM and solidified my foundational understanding.

Good class

Excellent two-day Scrum class with a Teacher Khurram Bhatti! His friendly style and interactive techniques, such as visual icons, time-boxed group work and teach-backs, made learning easy and enjoyable. It never felt like a conventional classroom. The content stayed true to the Scrum Guide and was full of real-world examples. Highly recommended. He also practised what he taught. Time-boxing, collaboration, transparency and inspect-and-adapt were built into how the class itself ran, so we experienced Scrum rather than just hearing about it. The content stayed close to the official Scrum Guide, and he consistently linked it to real workplace situations. I would strongly recommend Khurram Bhatti to anyone looking to learn Scrum, whether they are new to Agile or experienced professionals wanting to strengthen their foundations. Thank you, Mr. Khurram, for two days of learning that were both valuable and enjoyable. Muhammad Wasim Abbas
