This course met or exceeded all of my expectations, and it avoided some of the things that I was worried about, as someone that hasn't taken a CSM course since 2013. Chris' format, exercises, and real-world experience helped keep it engaging for the duration, and all of us came away with a USEABLE base of knowledge that we could apply right away. I definitely recommend the course and the instructor.

I found the hands-on activities to be really helpful in helping me better understand the role of the Scrum Master. Quite engaging course, highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the Certified Scrum Master class with Chris. He is a very knowledgeable and engaging trainer who made the Scrum concepts easy to understand and most importantly practical. Chris created a relaxed and open learning environment where it was easy to participate, ask questions, and exchange perspectives. A very valuable and enjoyable learning experience. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Scrum and Agile ways of working.

Taking Chris Sims’ Certified Scrum Master workshop was well worth the investment! He made the entire experience fun, engaging, and—most of all—deeply informative. Rather than just lecturing, Chris kept the workshop highly interactive, creating hands-on, real-world experiences that make the material stick. He took the time to answer every question efficiently, ensuring everyone had a full understanding of the concepts before moving forward. Coming from a technical background, I had a lot of fears and apprehension about transitioning into the Project Management field, but Chris helped to put those doubts to ease. His guidance and insights have given me the confidence I needed to move forward towards my new career path. I highly recommend taking any of his courses. The results will truly be a rewarding experience!

Chris Sims is a fantastic instructor. He structured the course in a way that kept everyone engaged and learning, rather than feeling like they were just sitting through training. The combination of games, group activities, and real-world examples made Scrum concepts easy to understand and remember. I came away with a much stronger understanding of Scrum and highly recommend his courses.
