She started indirectly into scrum concepts by discussing live scenarios. Instead of power point presentation. On each topic she deep dive & relating it with live project scenarios. Most of the questions are almost cleared while she explaining concepts

A truly outstanding CSM training experience I recently completed my Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course, and I have to say — this was hands-down one of the best learning experiences I've had. A huge part of that credit goes to my coach, Snehamayee, whose teaching style made all the difference. What stood out most was how she brought every concept to life with real, practical examples instead of just theory. She explained the Scrum Team's roles clearly — including a point that really stuck with me: that "Developers" in Scrum isn't just programmers, but the full combination of programmers, QA, BA, and anyone else contributing to building the product. That one clarification alone reshaped how I understood team roles in Scrum. She covered the entire course with incredible depth and structure — from the Agile Manifesto and Scrum values, to how a Scrum Master should actually facilitate each event, to what a "day in the life of a Scrum Master" really looks like. She even walked us through burn-up and burn-down charts using real Jira examples, which made tracking sprint progress so much easier to visualize and understand. She didn't just lecture; she documented everything meticulously as we went, so we always had clear, well-organized notes to fall back on — and generously shared all of those documents with us after the sessions, so we have a complete, ready reference to revisit anytime. Combined with her assessments along the way, she kept the entire class genuinely engaged from start to finish — never once did the sessions feel repetitive or dry. She also went beyond the syllabus — recommending books to help us grow further as future Scrum Masters, and sharing insights that only come from real-world experience, not just certification material. I walked away from this course not just with a certification, but with real clarity and confidence about what it means to be a good Scrum Master. Highly recommend Snehamayee to anyone starting their Agile/Scrum journey.

The whole session was very informative and interesting, as the session was more of a interactive session rather that a usual PPT. I was looking for a career upskill for my current experience through this CSM course.
